Developed and executed a client-directed learning agenda, managed a remote team of 10 researchers, and personally executed 50+ research studies and synthesis reports. Conducted field research in Greece and compiled findings in service design artifacts.

Employed service design methods to develop women’s empowerment trainings. Developed, organized, and executed 10+ field training-of-trainers programs on gender-based violence, women’s political participation, and leadership in Central Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa.

Participated in the UX Working Group to launch the Changemakers.org platform. Collaborated with product managers, designers, and developers to create personas, scenarios, user flows, wire-frames, and low-fidelity mockups. Developed relationships with corporations and foundations to build a $4 million funding pipeline for the platform. Designed and drafted concept notes, pitches, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
